KLYO LABS · YOUR CRM
Your calendars, documents and sales tools. Connected.
Settings → Integrations brings the available Klyo connections into one directory. Each service explains whether setup belongs to the Klyo operator, the workspace owner or the individual user. A supported connector still needs the provider credentials, permissions and any required approval before you can use it.

Google Calendar and Outlook / Microsoft 365
Authorize your own account and select an accessible calendar. Private appointments appear beside CRM events without automatically becoming shared team records. Explicitly copy a chosen event to CRM or publish a saved CRM appointment. Google and Microsoft calendar linking uses deliberate copy, publish and pull actions.
Apple Calendar / iCloud
Connect an Apple ID email and an Apple app-specific password, then select a calendar. Ordinary appointments explicitly linked to CRM can synchronize changes and deletions both ways when you enable automatic sync. Simultaneous edits are flagged for review. Recurring series and invitations remain editable in Apple Calendar.
SharePoint, Google Drive and Dropbox
Use connected cloud folders for CRM documents and links to clients, companies, deals or proposals. The account or workspace owner chooses access and the working folder. Folder browsing and uploads depend on the provider configuration and permissions. Connecting a service does not purchase a storage plan.
Business email and optional drafting assistance
Connect the available Gmail sending, Microsoft 365 inbox or SMTP workflow using the required authorization. Review messages before sending them. The optional assistant can draft in the language of your instruction or the language you explicitly request. Klyo does not automatically send follow-up campaigns.
Fakturownia and other business connectors
Workspace owners can configure their own Fakturownia credentials; users do not need to share the Klyo operator’s invoicing account. The directory also contains available Apollo and DHL Tracking connections. Your provider plan and API permissions determine what is available.
Privacy and setup ownership
Personal calendar connections belong to the user and active Team/Personal space. Team records are shared according to workspace permissions; private calendar data is only copied into shared records after you choose it. Provider subscriptions, approvals, limits and credits remain separate from the CRM plan.
Questions and answers
Where do I connect integrations?
Open Settings → Integrations in your CRM workspace. Each card shows the connection state, setup action and available instructions.
Does every user connect their own calendar?
Yes. Calendar connections are private to the user in the active Team or Personal space. Copying an appointment to Team CRM deliberately shares its selected details.
Are external subscriptions included?
No. You use your own provider accounts and any subscriptions or API access they require. A connector does not include a Microsoft 365 or cloud-storage subscription.
